Excellent location near historical sites, spacious bathroom with modern fixtures, charming historical architecture
Noise from the street is bothersome, especially if your room faces the busy area!!! Temperature control needs a serious upgrade as heating is inconsistent!!!

The rooms were large and well-furnished, but the
Bathroom had some minor maintenance issues that could be improved. Despite this, the breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of choices that catered to everyone in our family. a memorable stay with a few areas needing attention.

staying at royal was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly helpful, even printing our boarding passes. our room was spacious and the breakfast was hot and filling. plus, it was very close to the main square, making it easy to explore the area on foot while still being far enough for some peace and quiet.
a mild critique could be that some decor felt a bit dated.

Our Deluxe Triple Room was huge and totally impressive with those high ceilings! The bathroom was really generous too. Only downside was that it felt a bit dated overall. No AC which was a bit rough because it got warm, but we managed with the fan. Still, the space made it pretty comfy for our stay.

great stay but some street noise
The hotel refurbishment is impressive. the rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Each morning, breakfast offered hot and cold options, including a variety of pastries, meats, and cheeses. The city view from my room was stunning, making my mornings feel special as I enjoyed my coffee from the balcony.
Some street noise interrupted my relaxation at times.

Just a perfect match for shopping in Krakow with good value. The room had a lovely vintage decor that made my stay unique. Try to avoid breakfast during peak hours to enjoy a quieter experience.

The breakfast was a standout for me, with fresh pastries and a lovely range of options every morning! Only downside was the outdated furniture in my room. 😅

missingWrote a review on Jun 02charming balconyairy atmospherehistorical vibedated decor
The room offered a charming balcony with a view of the city, perfect for evening relaxation. High ceilings created an airy atmosphere, enhancing the historical vibe of the building.
Some furniture and decor in the room were tired and in need of an update, reflecting an overall dated appearance. Noise from the street often seeped in, especially from trams starting early in the morning, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The climate control system fell short, with inconsistent heating leading to discomfort, particularly for those expecting a toasty room in cooler weather. the accessibility of housekeeping could have been improved, as the room wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as one might hope.

The lobby's high ceilings and charming period decor made me feel like royalty. The easy lift access ensured I didn't have to struggle with my luggage, making my stay even more enjoyable.
More seating options in public areas would be beneficial.

Clean room & friendly staff
I stayed here for a few nights and had a solid experience. The staff were super chill and helped when I arrived early! My room was spotless, and I loved the breakfast options – there were plenty of good choices. Just wish the common areas had more comfy seating. But overall, it was a nice stay.
