Excellent location near historical sites, spacious bathroom with modern fixtures, charming historical architecture

Noise from the street is bothersome, especially if your room faces the busy area!!! Temperature control needs a serious upgrade as heating is inconsistent!!!

staying at royal was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly helpful, even printing our boarding passes. our room was spacious and the breakfast was hot and filling. plus, it was very close to the main square, making it easy to explore the area on foot while still being far enough for some peace and quiet.

Our Deluxe Triple Room was huge and totally impressive with those high ceilings! The bathroom was really generous too. Only downside was that it felt a bit dated overall. No AC which was a bit rough because it got warm, but we managed with the fan. Still, the space made it pretty comfy for our stay.

The hotel refurbishment is impressive. the rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Each morning, breakfast offered hot and cold options, including a variety of pastries, meats, and cheeses. The city view from my room was stunning, making my mornings feel special as I enjoyed my coffee from the balcony.

Just a perfect match for shopping in Krakow with good value. The room had a lovely vintage decor that made my stay unique. Try to avoid breakfast during peak hours to enjoy a quieter experience.

Clean room & friendly staff

I stayed here for a few nights and had a solid experience. The staff were super chill and helped when I arrived early! My room was spotless, and I loved the breakfast options – there were plenty of good choices. Just wish the common areas had more comfy seating. But overall, it was a nice stay.
